Declared dividend of 15% for equity share holders
The directors recommend a final dividend of 6% (Rs. 0.60 per Share) on 6% 50,00,000 Preference shares of Rs.10 each, 8% (Rs. 0.80 per Share) on 8% 1,00,00,000 of Rs.10 each and 15% (Rs. 1.50 per Share) on the paid up Equity share capital of the Company.
